Caitlin Coyle

Dr. Caitlin Coyle is a gerontologist and director of the Center for Social and Demographic Research on Aging (CSDRA) at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Her work focuses on how policies, environments, and social systems shape the ability of people to age with independence, health, and economic security. She is a leading researcher on the Elder Index, a nationally recognized measure that calculates the real cost of basic needs for older adults living in US communities.
